Naomi Jasmine

pottery workshops and artist gift shop

I'm Naomi Jasmine and I run a small independent pottery studios in Wakefield. I set up the studio after working in the community teaching outreach classes in art and I wanted to create a community space that makes clay and pottery accessible to everyone.

I set up my business with the Princes Trust enterprise scheme and East Street Arts temporary spaces, with one goal in mind to create a positive and friendly environment to share my skills and bring the joy of clay and pottery to everyone.

I aim to make classes affordable, inclusive, engaging and accessible to all ages and abilities.

I teach classes in many different clay making techniques from hand building, clay modelling and wheel throwing.

I teach wheel pottery experiences for beginners. This can be for adults or children, I have two wheels in the studio so I can run wheel experiences for couples or individuals on a 1-1 basis.

I am offering gift vouchers if anyone would like to pre book a wheel experience.
